Get the owners of a property
Retrieve the entities that own a property. Owners are split by entity class into `person_owners` and `business_owners`, with `owner_type` naming the classes present. The lists report completeness rather than a count, so check `result_metadata.person_owners.complete` before reading one as the whole ownership record.

Query Parameters
Whitepages property identifier (capital 'R' prefix) or address identifier (capital 'A' prefix). A parcel number goes in apn instead.
Street address line
City name
Two-letter state code
Five-digit ZIP code
Assessor's Parcel Number. Narrow it with fips, or with state_code where one state holds the parcel.
Five-digit county FIPS code. Narrows the lookup to one county, whether it names a parcel number or an address. A parcel number is unique within a county rather than nationally, which state_code cannot resolve where two counties in a state record the same one.

Search properties by address or APN GET
Search properties by address or by Assessor's Parcel Number. Nothing matching is a `404` carrying an empty `results` array, so a caller parses one shape either way. Each result links to its full record on the details endpoint, which is where `assessed_info` and mortgage history come from.
Get property details by ID or APN GET
Retrieve a property by property ID, address ID, or APN. Returns the full record, including tax assessment, mortgage history, and current residents. A Whitepages identifier is 11 characters; anything else is read as an APN. An APN is unique only within a county, so one naming several properties returns a `409` listing the candidates.
